We are committed to your project throughout the duration of your campaign, event, or initiative. Using AI for our b-roll and content allows us to customize or (re) customize your copy at any time.

How it works...

The Consultation:

Whether you're showcasing an event, a program/initiative, a success story, or highlighting the need for support, we’ll define the project goals together. 

  • First you'll take us down memory lane during the discovery call.  We’ll make an on-the-spot storyboard to confirm the vision, and community impact. You can expect a 24-48 hour turnaround. 
  • We start with a consultation to understand your mission, vision, and the specific story you want to tell. 


NEW PROGRAM: If you opt for us to create a video without your footage, we shoot your video using our pre-recorded b-roll and custom scenes. We can simulate most experiences to give authenticity. 


INCLUDE PRODUCTION: We capture events, conferences, workshops, drone-footage, and many other requests. Request a separate quote. 


The Creative Brief:

Once we’ve outlined your objectives, we’ll create a custom creative brief. This includes details about the actors, the type of b-roll, and the narrative structure that aligns with your vision.


  • EXISTING CONTENT: Once you send your fav content, we’ll dive into your footage, picking out the gems and  craft a unique highlight to match your goal. 
  • You'll get a full script and a storyboard of the outlined piece. 
  • We'll also provide you with customized email, newsletter, social media, and website copy you can use to promote the videos. 

The Video:

We’ll provide delivery in all formats and give you fun tips on how to distribute it for maximum impact.


  • You’ll get to review your reel and share any last tweaks.  We’ll create the necessary media release forms and formats.  
  • Final Delivery & Marketing Tips:  Once your video is a tear jerker and ready, we’ll help you share it!
