Are you getting ready to enter a new phase in your event or project?
At Society’s Bedrock, we see everything as interconnected, so no opposing teams here -- but maybe opposing values or priorities. We coach nonprofits and companies to see "interceptions" as those little frustrating moments that distract you from your goal or just being your best self.
There are 3 ways to receive SB Coaching:
- Weekly Calls or Episodic Engagement. Depending on your aspirations, you'll get matched with someone of your choice or our CEO/Founder, Anton Timms. To be matched with a leader from your list is $50 + that leader's hourly rate.
- Monthly Calls or communications. Are you entering the implementation or supervision stage of a new hire or integration? Join us for monthly calls to ensure you're still facing the right direction.
- Retainer Engagement. Book us for unlimited communications and pay a retainer fee of $50 - $200. Nonprofits and businesses who make under $250k pay $50 per session and over $250k pay $150 per session. For a multi-session package discount email info@societysbedrock.com.

- Who is this coaching session for?
This session is designed for businesses leaders, nonprofit executives, school leaders, and marketing professionals who want to refine their leadership skills, improve stakeholder engagement, connect to other leaders, and develop strategies for organizational growth.
- What can I expect from the session?
You’ll receive a personalized deep dive into your leadership style, strategic challenges, and opportunities for impact. Together, we’ll create a tailored action plan that aligns with your goals and vision.
- How do I prepare for the session?
Before the session, we’ll send a short intake form to understand your current challenges, priorities, and leadership aspirations. This ensures our time together is focused and productive. The only preparation required is if you want help looking at a brief, job description, budget, job posting, training schedule, or ppt. If you're looking for more support then preparing the information to be handed over.
- Will I receive follow-up support?
Yes! After the session, you’ll receive a summary of key takeaways and action steps. Additional follow-up coaching or check-ins are available based on your needs. We'll take it at the pace that your workload allows and ensure that it meets the needs of your current projects.
